Fairtrade Fortnight in Preston 2012

 

 

Fairtrade Evening at St Wilfrid's Parish Centre, Chapel Street

Wednesday 29th February 2012 from 7pm

Speakers:   Massatoma Mounkoro, cotton farmer from Mali;

Bruce Crowther, founder of the Fairtrade Towns movement

Informal Jacob's Join, followed by presentations and opportunity for questions. All welcome.

 

Fairtrade Fair on the Flag Market

Take a Step for Fairtrade

in conjunction with Preston FM.

Saturday 3rd March 2012, from 10am till 4pm

  • A variety of covered stalls selling a wide range of fairly traded products (crafts and food)
  • Support producers across the world and hear their stories
  • Hot coffee on tap
  • Dance performances throughout the day
  • Come and take your step for Fairtrade in Guild Year
