YOUTH MINISTRY COORDINATOR

(Creative Arts in Worship)

 

JNC points 11 - 16

full-time appointment, with funding for an initial three year period

 

Leyland Methodist Church is a large and vibrant church.

We require someone trained and experienced in youth ministry to join the leadership team, and to facilitate incorporating music, dance, drama and creative arts into the worship, discipleship and participation of the young people of Leyland.

As part of the North Lancashire District's Youth Ministry Team, this post would include working collaboratively within a team to help provide relevant youth worship, involve young people in leading appropriate worship and establish youth congregations.

    From the January to March our weekly Programme will be like this:

    Internet & Email for Beginners

    for the Over 55s –

    FREE 8 week course

    Wednesdays 10am - 12 noon



    Open Access / Internet Café Style Sessions;

    with support from friendly and knowledgeable staff and volunteers:

    Monday and Tuesday Mornings 10am-12.30;


    Bookable Sessions on one of our PCs;

    for established and confident users working on their own:

    Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday afternoons 1;30-4;30pm
    (subject to staff availability).
